The second edition of “NarraStorie”, the festival about street tales will take place in Arcidosso from the 21th to the 27th of August 2017.
NarraStorie is born from Simone Cristicchi‘s idea to report oral tale and narration theatre there where it was born, in the street indeed, and so reconcile artist and spectators.
There will be shows and monologues with special guests and names from Italian narration theatre at the Aldobrandesco Castle, in “Piazza del Castello” and in “Cascata d’Acqua d’Alto”; told and sung tales, animated readings and laboratories for children in “Parco del Pero”; concerts in “Parco del Tennis”.
Exactly for street narration ability, always used to pass on knowledge, values and community identity with myths, popular stories, tales, legends, NarraStorie is well included in a wider background made of religious and popular feasts for Maria Assunta, which take place every year in Arcidosso in the last week of August.
