The charming village of Radicofani comes to life on June 1st and 2nd, 2023, with the Festival of Ancient Crafts, offering a unique opportunity to rediscover old traditions.
These two days are entirely dedicated to the representation of the main work, culinary, crafts, and livelihood traditions that characterized the past of the ancient village of Ghino di Tacco.
The streets and squares come alive with the industriousness of artisans, exhibitions of ancient agricultural tools, and open cellars that recreate the atmosphere of a bygone era. Visitors can witness the reenactment of hand harvesting and threshing techniques using vintage machinery. The festival kicks off on the evening of June 1st with a sumptuous dinner featuring traditional dishes, followed by moments of dance and joy.
